MEXICO, Guanajuato, cap-and-rays peso, 1899 RS, NGC MS 66, "top pop." KM-409.1. Very attractive Gem-grade example with cartwheel luster ringed with rainbow toning in peripheries (not patchy or uneven), a few small marks on the rim and in the interiors but otherwise as nice as they come, tied with just one other for finest in the NGC census at the top of a current population of 97 entries.
